Shipment was prompt. Instructions are confusing at best.Now, once put together (if you are able), these boxes are very pretty- the only problem is, is that the clear tops are too "snug" and misshapen to allow for easy placement. My client wants the box as a whole wrapped in ribbon, and I am seriously scared that her $200 cupcakes will be ruined if I try to place the lids on top of the box, as without hot gluing the corners of the clear top together before placement- it is impossible to get them to slide into their grooves. :( Pretty box- but assembly and ease of use are a train wreck, and I wont be able to execute them properly. Very nice. They were very time consuming to put together. I had 50 of them to do and took a couple hours on 2 days. The delivery was very prompt. Got them 4 days before the earliest estimated arrival date. I didn't need the directions to put together, but they did come with them. I thought they were pretty simple to put together. Although I had to put tape on some parts to keep them together...which made it easier to put together. Had to tape in the insert because when the clear top came off the insert gets stuck and stays inside. All modifiable to use.
